The KUIW webcast originates from the Communication Arts Department of the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. The Internet radio station is run by students enrolled in Radio Practicum and by volunteers from UIW. All aspects of the radio business are addressed in the course, including management, engineering, advertising, promotions, production, on-air talent, and web design. KUIW is dedicated to webcasting programs that promote the mission of UIW. We are an open-format music station that broadcasts not only to the UIW and San Antonio Community, but also to our sister schools that are located all over the world.

KUIW offers mobile DJ services – that means your next club celebration, or special event can have a rockin’ KUIW DJ supplying the music. KUIW now brings our entire music library to every event to make sure we have just the songs you want to hear.

TO HIRE A DJ:
1. Download and print our DJ Contract
2. Fill out and return the DJ contract and email to Theresa Coronado, (If contracts are not returned to the appropriate people directly or before the advanced notice, as listed on the contract, KUIW does not guarantee a DJ to be hired for your event, although we will make our best attempt to fulfill your request.)
3. Follow-ups will be made to confirm times, dates, genres, emcee requests, attire, payments, etc.
